trunk group issue in IA770

Dear parnters,

I have installed CM 5.1.1, with 01.1.415.1-16402.tar.gz as the latest patch on S8300C media server that installed on G700 media gateway.
After configuring the IA770 messaging system on the CM based on AVAYA doc (switch admin), I have got the following:

signaling-group 99 (for messaging) is in service
The voice system on IA770 is in service
All voice channels are On-Hook, but they some times become Fous after restarting the voice system for IA770
Trunk group 99 is Out-of-Service-NE, and this is the main issue.

Can any body advise on what could be the problem, and what are the points should be taken into account to solve this issue.

Is A770 enabled in the Web interface?

Can you ping the IP of the IA770?

The issue is rectified.

It was configuration missing for the ip route
