Trouble with the queue in exhcange 2000

Hi, We got a wird problem, the exchange server goes fine and sunddely the queue just seem to frose for a period of time +- 15 minutes, and cannot find what cause the problem, sometime I had to reboot the server to correct the problem

any idees ????
