We are a student group, and part of our project involves developing a report which includes counts of both genders, counts of 5 different age ranges, etc.
Our problem is that in the database we created, all of these things which we need counts of are in list boxes, Example: gender is a lict box of Male and Female. This in itself is not the problem, but the report calls for Males, Females, Under 18, 19 - 25, etc, all limited by date ranges. and we have been unable to get counts of each of these things at the same time inside the same query or report.
If anyone knows of a way to do this that we may not have thought of, or knows the simple little trick in MS Access that makes it possible, please let me know.
Thankyou,
