Hello,

We have an Option 11C, but we cannot dial 0 for operator assistance. This PBX has no restriction with CLS - UNR on all of TN, also no NCOS.

After dial 0, it's just busy out.
Is there any way to see what is exactly sending out of the Meridian after dialing "0"? What I mean is the way to capture the digit send out from the Meridian to confirm whether it send out digit "0" or nothing at all?

Can we do this with a T-Bert capture? or LD 16; CDR?

Any input or advise is greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Regards

Ghtrout,

yes, we dial 9 then phone #. Therefore, dial 9 then 0 did not connect operator assistant.

Let me make the issue more clear. We obtain PRI service from a provider. So far, everything seems o.k. except we cannot dial "0" (for operator assistant or 011 + for internaltional). Everytime, we dialed 9 then 0 (or 011+) it would busy out.
The provider insist that our Meridian not sending out 0 or something else difference from 0.

That is why, we would like to know the way to capture actual digit send out from Meridian to prove it.

Thanks

OK. If you use BARS, then print like this to see if you have a "0" entry

LD 90

REQ PRT
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1 (may need to try AC2 also)
TYPE ALL

You can print out everything in BARS like this:
If no BARS exists, then you can use D-Channel Messaging (set to print in LD 96) to see what is happening.

Ghtrout,
Thanks for the respond.
I print out Network numbers (LD90) as you suggested, below is the SPN, after that is the long list of NPA. Can you see any issue?

Thanks in advance.
