I'm running 2003 Server, Exchange 2003, .....everything 2003. Haven't had many problems except except slowness cause it's all running on an old desktop workstation. Anyway, it was storming the other day and the power went out, the server rebooted like it normally does except this time the Exchange services didn't start.
I tried shutting down and restarting again, but it won't shutdown, it just sits at the Logging Off screen. I eventually have to power off/on, relogin, but the services won't start. I can't even start them manually, they just error out. I don't have any details on the errors right now as I am at work, but I just wanted to see if anyone had ran into this before or had any suggestions.
I've tried restarting several times, but each time I have to power it off and then it takes a VERY long time to log back in. BTW, all the other services are working just fime (TS, IIS, etc...)
TIA,
Michael
