Hi, i need help redirecting traffic at one of our sites. We have 2 fax machines that need to get forwarded to another office. The numbers are DID's so i decided to test at another office first before implementing. i dialed in to an Option 11 where they have a local T-1, built a phantom TN, set up DCFW to an ACDN, then had the NCFW on the ACDN call my desk. When i tested it, it works fine.
The office where i tested this has VZN as the local provider and i sent the call out on AT&T. i turned on d-channel messaging on both d-channels and i can see the call come in and go out.
So i then tried it at another office where we have an Option 81 and the local circuit is VZN and the LD circuit is Zone Telecom.
I did the same thing and it fails every time. the call comes in to the PBX but never goes out. i checked the CDB and trk to trk xfer is enabled, the trunk members are set to NCOS 5, which is fine but it doesn't work. i never see the call xfer to the outbound trunks so i keep getting a busy.
any ideas as to what i should look for?
