Does anyone know what conditions cause a transtalk to unregister from the radio module? Thanks.

No, I don't think so. I'm wondering if going out of range can cause them to come unregistered. I set up 3 Transtalks and 2 of them after about 1 or 2 days became unregistered. I'd like to know what conditions actually cause this. Thanks.

Did the pbx loose power? Pbx loosing power can shut down the wireless all together even after it comes back up, and u have to manually reinitialize it. I would imagine that could cause problems with the headset.

My name is David, and I have approved this message.

P.S. A message to all,if you want to get the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244 first. Also give the type and version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable.

No, the PBX did not lose power, but thanks for the tip.

I suppose since the power is coming across the network from the Cisco switches, it is possible. Thanks.
