I hope some can help..

I have a query that has 17 columns i was wondering if anyone knows of a way that i can transpose the data in a similar way that you can in Excel?

Do you mean changing the order of the columns? They display in the same order that you use in the query design window.

It sounds like you need to normalize your data with a union query and then create a crosstab based on your union query.

If you need more help then come back with some field names, sample records, and desired output.

Here is a sample of some of the fields and some dummy data..

Date CdnNumber CallsOff CallsAbnd CallsAbnd22Sec
17/08/2004 4012 100 0 0

AbdInIvr NetCallsRecieved
10 90

So rather than the data scrolling across the page i need to show the data scrolling down the page, this will then allow me to do the same for each day in the month

Is that just one record? Did you include how you want the result to display? Do you know what a union query is and how to create one to normalize your data? Is your last column storing the result of a calculation based on other columns?

If you expect help, you need to provide better information that specifies your requirements and data.
