Transferring call issue

I updated a customer to R 11.0.0.1.0 build 8 and came across this issue.

If a user is on a phone on a remote site connect via site to site vpn and another call comes in from the outside to the receptionist and the receptionist transfers the call to the user most of the time the call will terminate when the user tries to pick up the call.

The users are using sonicwalls with H323 transformations disabled.

I isolated it as much as I could. I had one call come in on line 1 answered by receptionist 1 and the transfer worked 2-3 minutes later same scenario ,same line and same receptionist and still on a call with the same user to occupy appearance and it didn't work

The only thing useful I see in the monitor trace is.
EXCEPTION ON MEDIA CONNECTION --- Error from protocol entity! No common codecs during fast start

 
Sounds like a Codec/Fast Start issue. Check your codecs across both systems as well as the Extensions.

In the VOIP system settings I have every codec there and in the extension voip settings for those users they are all set to the default system setting.

All extensions are off one system. We have a few users that have a site to site (sonicwall to sonicwall confirmed H323 transformations are off) vpn from their home to the office. We only have been noticing the issue with those users. This only seems to have happened after the upgrade to R11 and it happens 9/10 times.
