We are transferring a user to our exchange server. Prior to this, he has been using a pop3 account through outlook. All of his information from the pop3 account was stored in a .pst file. We were able to move everything form the Personal Folders file to the Exchange Mailbox, with the exception of the Calendar items. When we tried to copy the Calendar items into the current calendar, it just created a subfolder called Calendar1. We cannot delete the orginal Calendar.

Is there an easy way to transfer calendar items from a .pst personal folder to an exchange calendar?

If it created a new folder called Calendar1 in the mailbox store, why not transfer all the calendar1 items into the default calendar and then delete the calendar1 folder.

Go into your Calendar, the one on the server.
File - Import and Export - Impprt from another program or file - Personal Folder File (.pst)

Choose the PST, select Calendar and Unselect 'Include Subfolders'. Choose import into current.
