Transferred Calls to Extension with Mobile Twinning not working

Hi all,

Hoping for some assistance. I have IP Office 9.1, and multiple extensions set up for mobile twinning. Calling the extension rings to both extension and mobile. Transferring a call to the extension does not ring to twinning mobile. Have Hunt Group, Forwarded Calls and Twin When Logged out all enabled, in addition to Mobile Call Control. Mobile dial delay is set to 1. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks for the tip AMriddle, the trace on the individual extension does not show the call being sent to mobile even on internal when it is working. Should I be tracing elsewhere or in Monitor?
 
I am transferring and hanging up, as opposed to an announced transfer, is this what you are referring to?
 
I can either twin internal calls or have mobility set up ... the Manager will not allow both checked at once. :-/
 
As per the knowledge base: Internal Twinning
Select this option to enable internal twinning for a user. Internal Twinning cannot be selected for a user if they already have Mobility Features selected.
 
Not internal twinning, twin internal calls, isn't that an option? :-)

 
There is no option for Twin Internal Calls amriddle.... also internal calls twin fine if dialed extension to extension. It just doesnt twin when the call is transferred.
 
Guess it's a bug, a new 9.1 came out today it may be worthwhile upgrading :-)

 
Mobile twinning has three check boxes.
One if them is for transferred calls.
Check it and it will work.
