I have an IPO4.2(17) with IP phones, and SIP trunks to providers.
On one specific extension at random time, when a call is transferred to it, it does not ring until the 3 ring the transferer hears, which is about 5 seconds in delay.
This does not happen when another extension calls it directly. It only happens randomly for transferred calls.
The transfer is done via Phone Manager.
