Transfering to an external phone number 2

We have a Meridian StartTalk Flash 2.0.4L phone/vmail system. I am trying to find a way to setup an emergency mail box when somebody calls with an emergency the system will dial an external pager (or cell) number. I am not sure what's wrong with the system but it doesn't give me an option to input outside phone number during CCR tree build, only an internal extension.
Does anybody knows what can be done about it?

This is wrong forum. Only you need define in your maiblbox remote notifictation. When this mailbox received any message, then the system send one call to Cell Phone.
