transfering data from "Excel" to SQL SERVER 2000 1

If this is the case, can anyone kindly show me how to do that ?

You can import a sheet from Excel (or txt, access etc) into SQL 2000 using the Import/Export Data Wizard.

In Enterprise Manager right click, choose All Tasks\Import Data

From there it's pretty straight forward by following the prompts.
