Hi,

I have an agent that cannot transfer calls externally, is there a CLS that i have to change on the users phone?

Thanks

KK

cfxa needs to be turned on for the TN.

cfxa is for call forward external. basically if you can
normally dial the number you should be able to transfer
provided the calling line is not restricted

Hi,
first you have to receive a call to be able to transfer it.

Try this from your phone:
Establish an external call. Press transfer and dial an external number and press transfer again, you should not be able to transfer that external call.

Can it be possible that what is happening with the agent?

Can someone try it and let me know if they are able to do what I have explained.

( I consider TIE lines external )

Oops. I was thinking Forward to External. Transfering is another story. You need to make sure you can transfer to an access code "9" in your customer data block.

what happens when they try to transfer? Have you tried? Check that key is labeled correctly.

In CLS check for FTTR, change to FTTU or FTTC.

and? Did you fix the problem? What was it?

Yes the problem is resolved!! Thanks KK
