Transfering Call Using H.323 Trunk

We have Avaya CM is connected to Cisco Call manager using H.323 Trunks

We cant Trnasfer the call From cisoc to Avaya or avaya to cisco

Is this is posssible what we can do to transfer the calls between two systems
