I have Definity system with an Intuity mail system. The system is currently setup so that if someone does not pick up the call it goes into his/her mailbox. If the person presses 0, it goes into the auto-attendant with options to either press 0 to get the operator or 2 for security. For some whacked-out reason that I can understand, someone in the company wants to be able to transfer directly to the operator when the persons voice mail starts by pressing 0. What is the best way that I can do this without $crewing-up my auto-attendant? Thanks
