I don't usually do the CM side but only the messaging piece.

We installed a new Aura messaging system at a location and they use the transfer to Voice Mail feature access code.

They were using a Audix and it is still in place until they can move all of the AA off of it.

The trouble i am running into is that when they use the code it is sending the caller to the Audix and not the new Aura messaging system.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to where the code is looking to get the connect info?

I have not played with it as i am trying to avoid disrupting the calls flowing to the Audix for the AA function as well as one remote site still using it for the time being.

Thanks

OK so I ran a list trace on my station using the feature access code,

The following happened the switch looked at the messaging hunt group and then follows the settings on page 2 , so first it dials the AAR access code on page two then the vm extension , obviously it then goes into the AAR table and follows the logic of the route pattern programmed.

I proved this by changing the AAR access code on page 2 of the hunt group form to something that I know is not routing to AAR , ran a list trace again and sure enough the switch tried to dial the new AAR code I had set on page 2 and failed.

Note my AAM hunt group is set to SIP , hope this helps.

What i found was that the IP sets were all working fine but the digital stations were still using the old coverage.

Not sure why as they had all been changed and even reset the phones that i had been testing with to the new path.

As soon as i changed the coverage point in the unused path to the new hunt it started working.
