I am new to this forum and hope that someone has insight into the following problem: Is there any way to make the phone ring on a 44xx series handset after a user has announced the call via Hfans or automatic intercom? The calls are being transfered diectly to the open spekerphone.

Have you tried VM pro in IP Office mode, I personaly find it far simpler (unfortunatly this prevents the use of some of the VM Pro features)
Again if enough customers complain to Avaya thet they want the new features withthe IP Office mode of operation they may take action.
What do you have your dial delay timeout set to (i believe that this is greater in the US due to the requirement to dial enblock)
