Transfer to Extension Issue

Hi,

I'm running an IP Office system and have a main menu that plays when callers call in. One of the options on that menu was to enter your parties extension at any time and it looks like there was an addition to the menu so that 5?? (our exts are in the 500-599 range) it go to transfer to $KEY. It worked great for about a week and now all those transfers are going to the operator (500). If I use the dialbyname, the transfer to $KEY works fine. What am I doing wrong?

Nevermind - found it. There was no timeout specified for keypresses so it would error out and go to the operator. I added a 5 second timeout and all is well. Have a great day!
