When our LKD-100 is in night service all calls are transfered to a call centre to be answered.

How do we do a simular transfer during the day?

Maybe that I gat a call into the office and I'm out so how would the office transfer the call to my mobile?

Cheers,
Jez.

Divert your phone to a speed dialling number containing your mobile number.

That would work if I planned to be out and put my phone on divert, but then I would get all calls. Can you not transfer calls extrnally like you can internally.

i.e. Call in, administrator calls me and asks if I want to talk to Fred, if I do she puts him through if not then she tells him I'm out?

Jez.

Yes, but it will take two trunks for the duration of the call.
A setting allowing trunk-to-trunk trafic is also required, but I guess that you already have that.
If you get a call and would like to transfer it locally or externally, you just press [TRANS/PROG] to put the call on hold and the dials the internal or external number.
