Transfer issue on softphone 1

Anyone experienced an issue transfering with softphone?
All other features appear to be working. I can see the system directory etc.
When trransfering I can press the transfer button, enter the desired destination, but when pressing 'complete transfer' it simply comes up as 'transfer failed'.
Not overly helpful.

Aha, nice disti man tells me "You need to tick the call waiting on box in User/Telephony/Call settings".
