Transfer from SIP Sets

Hello Team Members.
If I register a SIP set using 3rd part SIP license will this user be able to transfer calls along with the standard dial tone?

Dial tone is provided by the device itself when using SIP.

Hold and transfer works fine on 3rd party SIP devices (at least the ones I use).
