Transfer Display Problem

I recently finished installing a 500V2 with 6.0.14; we use a PRI for all incoming and outgoing calls. If a user screens a transferred outside call, the destination user only sees the outside caller id and name and not the transferring users name and extension as they always have in the past. As a result, the party receiving the transfer thinks the outside call has been transferred blind.

I added "Longer Names" and "Hide Call State" to the No User source numbers.

I see that 6.0.14 may have some issues, but before I upgrade to 6.0.18, does anyone think it's the No User source numbers that are causing this?

It should still show the user who is transfering.
What phones do you use ?

We have re-used the 6400 series that were connected to the Definity we removed.

Hmm i don't know about those phones.
But those nouser sources codes only apply to the 56xx series.

Small screens?!? Same thing on 16xx phones. simply not enough space for the info. 54xx 56xx are better for this.
