I recently finished installing a 500V2 with 6.0.14; we use a PRI for all incoming and outgoing calls. If a user screens a transferred outside call, the destination user only sees the outside caller id and name and not the transferring users name and extension as they always have in the past. As a result, the party receiving the transfer thinks the outside call has been transferred blind.
I added "Longer Names" and "Hide Call State" to the No User source numbers.
I see that 6.0.14 may have some issues, but before I upgrade to 6.0.18, does anyone think it's the No User source numbers that are causing this?
