I am upgrading a system from 406 to 412 and would like to transfer the config over. I get an error that says that the configuration conflicts with the existing system. Has anyone done this successfully. Thanks in advance

I haven't had to do this myself, but you could also export and import the configuration. You can choose just users, huntgroups... this way it keeps reconfiguration minimal.

I would use the export and import of the binary groups not just the csv files. i have done this before and requires little reprogramming when done correctly.

I would start over again and only export and import the users and shortcodes.

Lines can be done manually very quick.
ARS doesn't that much time either.

Export the incoming call route too, that takes a lot of time reporgramming.
