I programmed the TRN and the A06 button but the feature still wont work. I'm using an OTM software. Does anyone know the feature I should check?

Did you sycronize the TN you made the changes to? What is displayed for the Sync Status of OTM, NEW? TRN? CHG? What release of OTM and switch.

Yes it was syncronized. It has a TRN status, Option 61C Rel 25

When you print the TN in the switch is it the same as what is in OTM?
