Transfer call back on BY with MICS 4.1 and PRI

I have a MICS 4.1 with PRI and the transfer call back on busy calls the transfering party back imediately with out waiting the 12 rings that I set it to. Does anyone know if there is an issue with the 4.1 software?

Please clarify. Busy calls and Transfer Callback don't go together. It's one or the other.

The receptionist is trying to transfer a call into a busy station and it is coming back to her imediately.

I should have said also that I do have 2 intercom keys and also I tried doing a Fwd on Busy to to voice mail. It did not go to voice mail but came back to the transfering party.

DRT to Prime?

DRT to prime is set for 4 rings. Also this is after the call is answered and being transfered to a busy station. This is when it come back imediately. If the station is not busy it will ring the phone 6 times and then go to voice mail.

Check DND on transfer to DN, make sure it truly has 2 Intercom keys, Ftr*0. How many Vmail ports?

I got it. I was doing this remotely and the customer was telling me the wrong ext number. Call forward on busy to VM does work. I just had to get the correct ext.
