Trans to ACD group in Option 11

How do I transfer an incoming call to my extension to an ACD number that goes to an announcement service ID in Meridian Mail? When I try, I hear the announcement but can't complete the transfer. Any ideas?

the acd dn is just for sending the number to mail? if so change it to a cdn asup yes with mail sdn as the dfdn..

that should give return answer supervision.. if you don't need to announcement, then transfer to the acd dn of the group..
