Training class for IP office product

Does anyone know where I could send a Tech to take a course on the IP office 500 product & VM, within the California Region: East-Bay Oakland, San Jose,or San Francisco area. At one time Avaya had classes available in Los Angeles, but going through their website it appears to be online course that is offered.
I need a hands-on for this product line if still available?
