I have 2 traffic recording:
One is for all CORG in the PABX and one for all DIR (operators) in the PABX.

Can somebody explain the different of the value ABND for this cases?
Are the calls ABND in que or ABND in ring on the OPI?

Its both. If the call drops before the operator answer it, its considered as abandoned calls.
