Tracking Options Question --- Outlook XP

can anyone help me out with this question? I am wanting to disable the function in Outlook XP where you are able to check that you never want to send a read receipt. It is under Tools -> Options -> Email Options -> Tracking Options -> and it is at the bottom of that window that I want to disable so that the users are unable to change these settings. I know it will be a registry hack but I am unable to find anything about it anywhere. Plus, it doesn't only work with Internet email, it works quite well with Exchange. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
