Tracking Logs

The message tracking logs on one of our Exchange 2000 servers have gone bit haywire.

All the right boxes are ticked for logging, as far as I can see, and logs are still being generated. For some reason though they have dropped in size from 20Mb a day to about 18kb.

Have checked all the obvious stuff like event logs, disk space, etc.

Any suggestions???
