I looked at and tried the demo. Seemed to work pretty well except I didn't think it was configurable enough for our needs. I even called and asked for a sales pitch but the guy seemed like he didn't know much or didn't care...
I'm still looking for a site inventory with a helpdesk combo. Not having much luck though.

A forum would go a long way to help new users of the product.
- The auditing is a bit woolly: some of my workstations refuse to run the TI Audit client and I've had to manually audit them via floppy.
- The Standard edition of T-I doesn't support SLAs at all, which makes the automatic prioritisation of incoming email-based help requests difficult (this is problem for SNMP-based email alerts that tell of network problems, device failure etc). We are writing our own Access statements to do this for us now. Buying the Enterprise edition would presumably avoid this.
-We've not licensed the Alert module yet, so we can't send out alerts to technicians when the immediate-action helpdesk jobs are submitted. Someone has to have the T-I client running all the time.
-I had a problem getting my head around the software licensing tracking built into T-I. I've got the hang of it now though: you can enter the licensed software item as a component, but actually add the license key used when you associate the SW with a particular workstation. The fact that the component doesn't mean anything in auditing terms until it is associated with a workstation didn't register with me...

6.5 just came out. Find out if you qualify for the "free" upgrade.
I had 6.0 Standard and they upgraded me to 6.5 Pro, which includes MSDE, Audit Plus and Monitor (email Alerts). I cannot get SMTP messaging to work via Lotus Notes.
