If by "tracking changes", you mean to show all the different changes that you have made on a page design, the only way I know of is to save each page with a different, sequential name. I have done that on several sites I maintain, with dates for the pages.
On the Access database.. First, be sure you have your FP manual handy, and then click on insert, database, results, and choose the one you want to use. FP will then walk you through the steps on selecting the fields from the database.
you can make it do what you want, or let the visitor choose what they want to see. Just follow the instructions, VERY CAREFULLY.
