Trace digital phone call

I have the Meridian 1 61C Rls 4.5 (CS1000M CP IV)
Trying to trace a calls to a 2008 set. Activated trace in LD 80.
ENTC l s c u t
GOTR
When I call that number nothing comes up on my procomm screen. Took the phone on trace off phone and it shows that the phone is off hook. Trace an analog phone with no problem.
I suggestions????

have you got MTC against your TTY?

Make sure Multi user is turned on in LD 17, OVLY. Also try TRAC to make sure you are getting info from the snapshot during a call

before you even call the number you should get the 1st trac of the phone..

He may have typed what he though we needed to see and not what he really typed or maybe he thinks the TN is Classified.

What's the problem? That is a normal trace. It went off hook, then back on w/o making a call.

Are you looking for Enhanced trace so it does it whenever it gets a call or you cant even trace it manually when you have a call there?

John....I'm looking for enhance trace for 2008 set, when this set gets a call the trace is only active when the call is picked up. On an analog call the trace is active the second the phone starts to ring. I might just change the 2008 set for an analog phone.
