Touble logging into my Web access

I am running win2k and exhange 5.5. When I try to login to get my e-mail from outside using outlook web access I cant get in. I can send and recieve e-mail fine from work, but I cannot lnot login to my webaccess from home.

this is the error message that I recieve:

Microsoft Outlook Web access - Logon
OWA was unable to get to your inbox.

Try to logon again, click hear.

When I click hear I do it again and it still does the same thing again.

Can someone please halp me?

When you first get to the login page put in your full email address instead of your alias. The intial login is your alias on the Exchange server. If someone has the same last name (or close to it) Exchange wont be able to resolve the name. I tell people to use their full email address and this has worked.
