Hello, I am not sure if I am in the correct forum. I have a remote client that needs to disable their auto attendant for lines 1,2,3 and the docs I found did not help. Is this the correct forum? Thank you
Are you working with a DK, CIT or Ipedge Toshiba? Analog line or PRI/T1/SiP?
The basic answer is to look under trunks. Each trunk has a DIT for day, day2 and night modes. Normal system setup is to assign the voice mail as one of these and a MCG in another. With a Night button on a phone they can change where calls ring to on the fly
