Toshiba Portege 3505 - fastest way to switch views? with buttons?

Excellent tablet PC, my favorite. Now, is there a one step method to use the buttons below the screen, on right side to quickly change to Portrait & back to Landscape?

I know I can button #2 from right side & then choose
[Change screen orientation], option 2, which is ok, but a bit cumbersome.
