Hi,

one of our users was trying to move some mails from 1 folder to another (by dragging it). now he claims that he let go of the mouse button to soon, and now we can't find the mails :-s

When we did an advanced search on one of the email subject, it says the location of the mail is 'top of the information store'

Any ideas where I can find this?? He uses outlook 98...

Thanks in advance

This is the top where it say outlook today, right click this, Find, then when the search is complete sort by folder then drag and drop these somewhere else.

I am sure there's an easy way to to this but I forget.

cool thanks

but the problem is, we don't remember all the mails...

Is there a way to browse this folder?

thanks!

I'm not sure about 98, but in 2000 or 2002 you can right click on Outlook Today, Properties, Home Page tab, deselect 'Show home page by default...'. Then you should be able to browse like any other folder.
