Tooltips!!

How do you get tooltips working in director!!!

Ive tried, and whenever i drag the text behavouir icon onto the text field i want to use as the tooltip, when i run the program a very very long blank white text field appears once ive moved the mouse over the button to activate the tool tip!!! argh!!!

What am i doin wrong??!?!?!?!
