Tools used to Convert Access Program to .Net

We have an access program which has to be upgraded. Preferabley in VB.Net.
Any idea about the tools available in the market for a start.
I cam across microtools but they are not giving live testing in their demo version. So cannot determine how useful that is going to be

If anyone has used something like this, it will be nice if I can know how much I can depend on such system in real time

We have SQL as database, Access as front end for dataentry and asps for the retrieval and reporting
We want to remove access from the system and make it 100% browser app.
Hope this makeds it clear
