Tools required for Code checking and testing

Are there any free tools for source code checking/profiling and testing for VC++/MFC/Win32 API code?

Are there any tools for .NET as well?
I am currently trying to use NUnit for testing?

I couldn't find any versions of Lint for VC++...

Any suggestions will be helpful....
