Everytime I open a new message window or reply for that matter, the toolbars are not staying as I arrange them. I want to use only 3 toolbars and I have them lined up in a certain way. Everytime I create a new message or reply, the 4th toolbar appears and the rest are all over the place. I've searched the MS site and have gone through the toolbar options in outlook. Nothing is work. Please help.
