Tool to draw diagram of Cisco based network

I seem to remember that Cisco had a free tool that one could use to draw diagrams of a network topology. ???

Can anyone give me any recomendations as to what they use or a link to where i can download something.

Visio is probably the defacto standard for network diagrams. But there is a product that I tried, that I think I got a link to off of Cisco's website called Network Notepad. Was pretty basic in what it could do though.
