Tool for discovering unpatched windows 2000 systems on my network

Hi All
Doees anyone know of a command line utility or tool that can check my lan for unpatched win2k workstations?
Looking for service packs and critical updates
SUS is not ready yet for us

for thier HFNetChk tool. Its free for 10 clients, and 1 Server. Any more and its a pay tool. I am playing around with it now.. Quite nice in that you don't need any client side software, just a local admin username/pass. Its also able to update most MS Apps and servers as well..
So far I am pretty impressed with it, however it looks like the licensing will be expensive...

MS has a tool to check for the two Blaster style patches, look here

for it. It only scans for KB823980 and KB824146, but those are the biggies right now.

Duh, just hit me. Check out the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer, it'll do exactly what you want. I just used it earlier this week to scan my entire domain for unpatched systems.

GFI LANguard Network Security Scanner. You'll be amazed.

Yea Languard is a really good for finding unpatched machines and security holes

I tried the GFI product and it failed to find machines that weren't patched with the two patches I mentioned above.

I was amazed that it didn't work (I use other GFI software).

Trying the baseline analyzer now... The most compelling reason was that it was free

You can download a trial copy of the GFI. It will work with (I think) 25 clients.
