In my Win XP Pro I need to remove a folder which is in the Documents and Settings. I tried to remove the folder. It is saying ".......is a windows system folder and is required for windows to run properly. It cannot be deleted".

How do I remove the folder? Can some one please help me.

Thanks in advance.

I mean i have my friend's folder in my laptop. I want to remove the folder. In Documents and Settings. I tried to remove the folder. It is saying "(Friend's Name)is a windows system folder and is required for windows to run properly. It cannot be deleted".

If i install and use Recovery Console Is it possible to remove the folder? There is nothing very important in that folder except some like windows, cookies favorites, etc.

I appreciate your help.
Thank you very much.
