To print totals with the last record from previous page

Crystal 8.5 with Simply Accounting

Please help me fix the old report. On the invoice, if there are a lot of records on the first page, the subtotals (in Group Footer) and totals (RF)continue on the next page as alone.

Is the a possibility to get the last record from the previous page to appear on the next page with sub and totals?

Right-click on the group, choose Change Group and you can specify 'Keep Group Together'. In 8.5, this will cause it to move an entier group onto page 2 if it would not fit on Page 1. This is fixed in higher versions.

Thank you Madawc for your reply. I did it. But actually I want to move to the second page not only the Group with subtotals, but last record from Detais section as well. It would be more professional.

You can do that by having both a summary total and a running total within the group. When they are equal, this is the last record in that group.
