TnsError with Zabo

Hi All,

We are facing a strange problemm with ZABo.All the reports used to work fine earlier,but now when the user tries to open reports,
"Connection or SQL error(DA0005)" ->TNS could not resolve service Name.
When tried to open in infoview(Standard HTMl/Optimized for browser...) ,it generates

Internal error bolightsrv error BOL #109 The following data providers have not been successfully refreshed:\nQuery 1 with UniverseName.(DMA0007) (myserver)(returned by function Refreshing Document) )

However this doesnt happen with other universe with different tns.Also when i checked the connection of this universe in supervisor ,it works fine.

Can anyone help me in this regard.This is a production issue.

Checking in Supervisor isn't going to help. Supervisor is using the TNS entry on your desktop. You need to check using Supervisor on the ZABO server.

My guess is that something has changed on the server and the TNSNames file has either changed or been moved or something like that.

If this was my system, I'd install the client software on the server and make sure it works from there.

Somethingh went wrong on the Unix Server (Tns).
It s up now.
