I am looking for the pin out assignment to connect a TN767 via an RJ45 connection to a csu/dsu. Any help would be appreciated.

23____orange________2 (Definity Transmit)
48__white-orang_____1 (Definity Transmit)
22_____blue_________5 (Definity Receive)
47__white-blue______4 (Definity Receive)
must be working...

Your pinout information in this post was the ONLY place I found accurate information for connecting the PBX to a Cisco router. I know your post was directed at a CSU/DSU, but it worked for my router as well.
