TN767 question: How do i set a TN767 to be the slave to the network? My provider is getting clocking errors.

International dialing question: I need to dis-able the Int'l flag being sent to the T1 carrier (or strip the 011)
How can i dis-able the flag?

I tried stripping the 011 in the route table which worked but then stripped the area codes for LD calls. Is there a way to have LD and Int'l in the same route table with 3 digits stripped form Int'l?

thanks

To take clocking from the network do 'change synchronization'. Put the slot of the DS-1 board that you want to use in as the primary source. If you have more than one T-1 you can also define a secondary source. They have to be in the same Port Network. After you save that screen, do 'disable synchronization' followed by 'enable synchronization'. You can verify the timing source by doing 'status synchronization'

Forgot about your international question: define a new route pattern for international calls only. In that route pattern delete 3 digits. In the ars analysis table point 011 calls to the new route pattern. You can verify what you are sending from the switch by doing 'list trace tac [trunk access code for TG] and placing test calls.
